This is how I work. Check each box as you read it. When all 9 are checked, you will go back to the proposal.
I do not work under my personal name. I work through Virtually Naylah, LLC. That is the name on everything we do together.
Your first proposal is free. It tells you where you stand and what it will take to get legal and ready. The deep work is paid. Research, filing packets, and a records file are paid work.
Deposit to start. Balance when I deliver. The proposal is the quote, not the instructions. Filing steps are the paid work.
This project runs on the time frame in this sheet. It is not open-ended. I will tell you what I need from you and when I need it. If you do not send what I need in appropriate time, I can close the project. You can restart later when you are ready, and we will set a new timeline then.
Deposits are non-refundable, always, with one exception. Within 24 hours of paying, you get a full refund if no work has started. If work has started, your refund is the deposit minus the value of the work already done. This non-refundable rule does not apply to agency fee money (see Government fees).
Government fees are yours. You pay them direct to the agency. County, state, whoever is charging you. You never pay government fees through me. Or have me handle everything: I pay the agency fees for you, and the fees listed on the proposal are added to your deposit.
Fee money is separate from my deposit. I send you receipts for every fee I pay, and refund whatever is left within 14 days of the filing.
Please try to give me accurate info if you have it. The parts of this that is YOUR part will be marked and you have to perform those parts (permit pick-up - things I can't do in person or online). You do the steps that have to be done in person. If info or signatures are late, the time frame moves with it.
I cannot promise how this process moves. I only research, plan and implement what you select or ask. I do not control the time frame decisions or outcome. For items that I can give a timeframe for, they will be included. ❤️
If something needs to change, put it in writing. If the change adds work, I will tell you the new cost and time before I do it.
